Patsy Scott, my friend and associate, is a certified Raw Food Chef and Health Minister. Her philosophy is that we don't have to be sick, ever, if we understand and utilize food properly. I attended one of her seminars two weeks ago and have been eating 'raw' ever since, and I really feel amazing.
